This program is the first of its kind in Tarrant County to bring youth, public & private organizations together to discuss & explore leadership in unique & innovative ways.


  • Attend classes & workshops to enhance their future opportunities at college campuses

  • Attend field trips to complement the classes they attend

  • Connect students to employers, businesses & government officials

  • Empower students with etiquette, public speaking, networking & technology skills

  • Exposure to training & employment opportunities

  • Certifications in CPR, Lifeguard & Food handling for youth 15-18

  • Attend STEM classes
